New partnership with Greenhouse: Talentcube expands its partner network with ATS provider

Talentcube expands its cooperation offer with ATS provider Greenhouse.
It is now possible to integrate a Talentcube Business Account into the Application Tracking System (ATS) Greenhouse. Businesses using the ATS provider to optimise their recruiting processes, will benefit from significant time savings when requesting a video application via Talentcube.

Munich, 15.11.2019 – In cooperation with Talentcube, Europe’s leading solution for video applications, the ATS provider Greenhouse now offers companies the opportunity to invite their applicants directly via their existing Greenhouse account for a time-shifted video interview. Greenhouse places Talentcube on their marketplace so that users of the ATS provider can easily integrate the video recruiting option into their recruiting process. This allowed Talentcube to gain the leading provider of ATS systems as a partner.

As a software provider in the HR sector, Talentcube offers companies the opportunity to improve existing recruiting processes with a video application. From the very beginning, the focus is on promising top candidates. Through an authentic first impression that a video application conveys, the fit of each candidate can be checked. Job-seekers can convince with their personality and are not sorted out, for example, because of a gaping CV.

In the process, the company defines three questions, which the candidates then answer via the web or via video on their smartphones. Video recruiting with Talentcube enables companies to significantly reduce time and cost factors in the recruiting process.
The selection of candidates is much faster than in the conventional recruiting process. It is now possible for companies that already use Greenhouse to integrate Talentcube as a further step in their recruiting process. The integration takes place directly via the existing Greenhouse Account. From now on, companies have the option of defining questions, inviting candidates to the video application and viewing the application directly via Greenhouse. The integration is in line with Greenhouse’s previous offer. The ATS provider offers a recruiting software for companies to simplify their recruiting processes. Greenhouse enables companies to develop interview procedures in a uniform way and makes it possible to compare candidates with industry standards. In addition, Greenhouse offers onboarding and CRM products that provide significant communication benefits while reducing the burden on companies’ HR departments. By integrating Talentcube as an additional partner in Greenhouse’s marketplace, both companies can achieve a valuable expansion in their respective service spectrum. The integration is available immediately to all interested companies.
