The Munich start-up Talentcube can be proud to receive one more award: It was awarded the HR Innovation Award in the category “Recruiting & Consulting” by the jury of Zukunft Personal!
Every year in September, the “who is who” of German HR managers meets in Cologne to learn about and discuss new trends and developments in human resources. How is the industry changing due to digitalisation? What stands still, who moves? For the second time already, the two-day conference will honour special top performers who not only bring exciting new ideas to light with their innovative power, but also actively implement them. The jury, consisting of representatives from the business, science and media sectors, faced the difficult task of selecting one of the three nominated companies as the winner in each of the categories HR Services & Operations, Software & Hardware, Training & Learning, and Recruiting & Consulting. For the latter, the start-ups HeyJobs and Talent Solutions were in the final selection this year, along with Talentcube. At the award ceremony, the jury justified its decision in favour of Talentcube on the grounds of its outstanding product development and innovative work in the field of smart recruiting. The three founders Sebastian Niewöhner, Hendrik Seiler and Sebastian Hust happily accepted the award:
“Winning the HR Innovation Award is a great additional motivation for us and confirmation that our work is valued in the industry. With the Talentcube app we are showing completely new ways of video application via smartphone, which will benefit both companies and applicants.
